About CTB Slot Planner

CTB Slot Planner is a self-serve material requirements planning tool for manufacturers. Define your items, lead times, and lot sizes once, feed in demand and supply, and it handles the rest: time-phased netting, planned orders, and start dates aligned to your horizon.

It started as a way out of the planning spreadsheet — the one with coloured cells, manual offsets, and a tab per SKU that nobody else can read. The goal is the same wherever you run production: less admin, more on-time parts.
