We try to keep this short. CTB Slot Planner is built for production planners. We collect the minimum needed to run your plans and we don’t sell or share your data.

What we collect

• Account details — your email and name. Passwords are stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash; we never see them in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from Google.
• Planning data you enter — items, lead times, lot sizes, demand and supply lines, and the planned-order output from each run. This belongs to you.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, and request paths, retained for a short period to investigate errors and abuse.
• A session cookie— used to keep you signed in. It’s essential for the app to work and isn’t used for tracking.

What we don’t do

• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your data with third parties.
• No marketing emails you didn’t ask for.

Where data is stored

CTB Slot Planner is self-hosted on our own server. Your data lives in a PostgreSQL database that only the application can reach. Backups are encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You can delete a plan from its dashboard. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email the address below.

Changes

If we materially change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and bump the “last updated” date above.
